A follow-along lesson that takes a rough business idea to a named, set-up business, written as plain files with Claude Code: idea verdict, name, brand, entity guide, money, legal drafts, a one-page site, SOPs and outreach. You pass every gate; the AI only drafts.
What you build
| Part | What it is | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Brain | Claude Code | Interviews you and drafts every file, one prompt per session |
| Memory | A folder of plain files | PROJECT.md holds the rules; thirteen numbered folders hold each step |
| Idea and name | Verdict, names, brand brief | A blunt verdict, ten names to check, voice rules and a logo brief |
| Setup guides | Entity, money, legal drafts | Wyoming LLC as a worked example, bank and payments checklist, privacy and terms drafts |
| Site and stack | One page, seven tools or fewer | A static website in your brand and a starter stack with a rule for adding more |
| Hands | You | You file, sign, pay, publish and send. The AI never does |
Where this comes from
This pack comes from Hector Diaz's own material on starting a business, shaped into one follow-along lesson. Nothing in it is copied from another author's text. The order of the steps (idea, name, brand, entity, money, legal, site, stack, operations, outreach, roadmap) is a common one; the prompts, the rules and the gates are original.
What you build
You build a Business Launch Folder: plain files on your own computer, written with Claude Code, one prompt per session. There is no app, no server and no database. Each prompt ends with a step that only you can do, and the rule never bends: the AI drafts and proposes, a person files, signs, pays, publishes and sends.
It deliberately does not file a company, open a bank account, publish a legal page or send a message for you. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. The legal examples are United States, general, with a Wyoming LLC as the worked example.
Do you need this? Be honest first
This is for someone with a rough idea who wants to see the whole road before spending money on it: whether the idea holds up, what to call it, what to set up and in what order, and what to say to the first real people.
It is not for you if you already run a registered business and want growth tactics, if you need advice for a country other than a general US overview, or if you want something that will do the paperwork for you. A notebook and an accountant will serve you better than this pack in those cases.
What you need
- The machine. A Windows, Mac or Linux laptop. The setup path installs a terminal, git, Python 3 and Claude Code.
- The accounts. A Claude Code account (Pro, Max or an API key). Everything else is optional and chosen by you: an image tool for logos, HeyGen and ElevenLabs for the optional avatar and voice prompt, a domain registrar, a bank.
- The time. About 20 to 30 minutes of setup, then sixteen prompts across several evenings.
- Some of the links in the pack are referral links, and each use is disclosed where it appears.

What was verified and what was not
Verified: the clickable guide was driven by a script in a real browser (platform tabs, progress bar, saved progress, copy buttons). Every text file was scanned for keys, tokens, private addresses and the source's names. Two review passes by a second model (Codex) found 24 and then 14 problems; all were applied and recorded.
Not verified: the prompts have not been run as a sequence on a fresh machine, and the three setup paths have not been run end to end on three fresh machines. No fee, tax rule or price in the files is checked; the prompts mark each one UNKNOWN until you read it from the official source. The tools named in the pack were not tested for this release. This pack is distributed as is, as a proof of concept, with no guarantee that every step works on your setup. When something breaks, paste the full error into Claude Code and ask it to fix it, then post what broke in the community.
Read the prompt before you run it
Hand each prompt to Claude first and ask what it plans to write. Compare that to what the prompt asks for. A prompt costs a minute to fix. A wrong file costs an afternoon.
