• We collect what we need to run your account, take your payment, and send you email. Nothing more.
• When you enter your email on this site, you agree to receive site updates from AI Auto Base and occasional promotions from partners we have selected. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link. One click and you are out.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your email address or any other personal data with anyone for their own marketing.
• We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
• You can ask us to show you, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Email [email protected].

AI Auto Base (aiautobase.com) is operated by Orbix Automation Solutions, Pennsylvania, USA. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" mean Orbix Automation Solutions. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. AI Auto Base is a school: live classes, write-ups, workflow templates, prompt libraries, and build packs for people who want to build their own automation systems.

Account data

When you create an account we store your email address. If you sign in with Google, Google sends us your name, email address, and profile picture. We never see your Google password. If you sign in with an email link, we store the one-time token until it is used or expires.

Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us. We keep what Stripe sends back: your email, the plan you bought, the amount, the date, and Stripe reference IDs. We use these to grant and verify your access.

Community membership

If you are a member of one of our Skool communities, Skool shares your email address and membership status with us so we can grant you access to the member area on this site and remove it when you leave.

Messages you send us

The contact and hire forms send us your name, email address, and message. They arrive in our mailbox and stay there so we can reply and keep track of the conversation.

Usage data

Our servers log the IP address, browser type, and pages requested, the way every web server does. Inside the member area we record which templates, prompts, and packs you download so we know what is useful and can enforce access rules. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts.

• To create your account, sign you in, and show you the content your plan includes.
• To take your payment, send receipts, and handle refunds or disputes.
• To answer your messages.
• To send you email as described in the next section.
• To see which classes, templates, and packs people actually use, so we build more of those.
• To keep the site running and stop abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
• To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records for payments.

Where the law asks for a legal basis: running your account and taking payment is performance of a contract; email marketing is your consent; logs, abuse prevention, and product decisions are our legitimate interest in running the site; tax records are a legal obligation.

When you enter your email address on this site, whether to create an account, sign in, or send us a message, you agree to receive email from AI Auto Base. That email is:

• Site updates: new classes, replays, write-ups, templates, prompts, and packs.
• Promotions from selected partners: tools and services we have chosen and think are worth your attention. We send these emails ourselves. The partner never receives your address.

You can opt out at any time. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you are off the list. You can also write to [email protected] and we will remove you by hand.

Opting out of marketing does not stop account email: sign-in links, receipts, and notices about your access. Those are part of running your account.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address or any other personal data with third parties for their own marketing. Not partners, not advertisers, not data brokers.

We do not hand your data to many companies. This is the full list of the ones that touch it and why.

• Our own server. Accounts, access records, downloads, and the member library live in a database we run ourselves on a server rented from Hostinger.
• Google. Sign in with Google. Google gets the fact that you signed in to aiautobase.com and sends us your name and email.
• Stripe. Payment processing. Stripe holds your card details under its own privacy policy.
• Skool. Our communities. Skool shares membership status with us. What you do inside the community is covered by Skool's own privacy policy.
• Our email system and Amazon SES. We run our own mailing software and send through Amazon's email service. It stores your address, which emails you got, and whether you unsubscribed.
• Cloudflare. Hosts the site and sits in front of our server. Cloudflare sees the traffic and your IP address to serve pages and block attacks.
• Our mailbox provider. Contact and hire form messages land in the aiautobase.com mailbox, hosted by HostGator.

Each of these companies processes data only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to a successor if the business changes hands, in which case this policy still applies.

We use browser storage for one thing: keeping you signed in and remembering a few preferences on this site. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics scripts. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie to tell real browsers from bots. If we ever add analytics, we will say so here first.

• Account data: as long as your account exists. Delete the account and it goes with it.
• Payment records: seven years, because tax and accounting rules say so.
• Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask to be deleted. We keep a record of the unsubscribe so we do not email you again by mistake.
• Contact form messages: as long as the conversation is useful, then deleted.
• Server logs: rotated automatically within a few weeks.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Show you the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct it.
• Delete it, along with your account.
• Export it in a readable format.
• Stop using it for marketing.

Email [email protected] from the address on your account. We answer within 30 days. We will never treat you worse for exercising these rights.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the rights above, and we confirm that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that law.

Our servers and the services listed above are in the United States. If you use the site from somewhere else, your data is transferred to and processed in the United States. Where a transfer mechanism is required, we rely on the standard contractual terms our providers offer.

This site is for adults building systems for work and home. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

Traffic to the site is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Card numbers never reach our server. Access to the database is limited to the people who run the site, and it is backed up. No system is perfect. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities the law requires, without delay.

When we change this policy we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email or your rights, we will also tell you by email before it takes effect.
